Healthy Habit 4 - Foundations for Wellness Along with lifestyle, environment and nutrition, wholesome relationships are essential to Wellness. It is one of the foundations for Wellness, for humans and animals. Relationships can be harmonious or disharmonious. When they are harmonious they are a source of joy and are experienced as peaceful. When they are disharmonious they are a source of stress and mental/emotional dis-ease. Ultimately, relaionship stress can take the form of physical disease or socalled psychosomatic illness. Our animals are affected by all the relationships in the home, and relationships they have with neighbouring humans and animals. Coming soon! |
